I would also like to acknowledge Mrs. Jaya Laungani for her constant support towards the project. Finally, I would like to thank my colleagues for the encouragement and support provided throughout.

Organizational commitment in the fields of Organizational Behavior and Industrial/Organizational Psychology is, in a general sense, the employee's psychological attachment to the organization. It is different from job satisfaction and can be termed as feeling of oneness with the organization that an employee feels.

In today’s times, due to growing job opportunities and exposure, people feel very little commitment to their jobs and are not really attached to their organization.
They change jobs at a higher rate than in earlier times. It proves little loyalty that they have towards the company which spends a lot in their recruitment and training.
This project is about the level of commitment employees of a particular organization have towards it. It is an attempt to correlate the relationship between the work tenure and the organization commitment.
